Is the NBA's Most Valuable Player an Award that is solely based on STATS.....or is it a combination of STATS and Teams Success....or is it those 2 and how you Impact Games on many levels?

The Formula the BLUEDUDE uses is simple....Who is the BEST PLAYER on any floor at anytime and can impact the game in so many ways as well as overall team success. There is a Player in the Top 5 in my voting that has all those categories but his teams success has wavered a little and that hasn't stopped the BLUEDUDE from saying he will be a future MVP.

King JAMES is hands down the 2011-12 NBA MVP and his team is Top 5 in the NBA, the runner-up in the 2011-12 NBA All Star Game MVP, and he simply is the best player every night he plays in the LOGO. Look at his averages across the board the other 3 Finalists can compare to the KINGS overall floor game but not his impact on every game every night on both ends of the floor. KING JAMES is the best Defender on this list as well the guy will also guard your best player if he is at the 1-4 on mots nights.

2. Kevin DURANT aka K.D. aka @kdTREY5 aka DURANT 66 aka BABY ICE aka the DURANTULA OK City THUNDER...27 ppg 8 boards 3 helpers 50% FG 85% FT 38% 3PT FG

KD is lethal on the Offensive End and arguably the hardest to guard because of his ball-handling at 6-10, his range as a shooter, and his length. He is part of the most dynamic DUO in the LOGO with his partner in crime...Uncle RUSS Westbrook. At the ripe ol' age of 24 he will have plenty more chances to get his mitts on this trophy not saying it is a done deal but not this season. KD has also led LOUD City into the best Overall record in the WESTERN Conference.

3a. Kobe BRYANT aka the BLACK MAMBA aka KB24  the LAKEshow 28 ppg 5 boards 5 helpers 43% FG 85% FT 30% 3PT FG

The BLACK MAMBA has been sending a message that he is not over the hill yet and the off the court family issues have not prevented him from performing in anyway. He still can get you BUCKETS but he can't carry the LAKEshow all the time like he once did hence is field goal percentage at just 43%. That is a combo of worn down and bad shot selection but the LAKEshow have very few players who can get their own. KOBE will most likely never win another NBA MVP but he still has a say and is one of the top NBA Player still at the age of 33.

3b. Kevin LOVE aka K-LOVE 10K Lakes aka KL aka the LAKE OSWEGO Monster Minnesota TIMBERWOLVES 26 ppg 13 boards 2 helpers 45% FG 82% FT 37% 3PT FG

Have you really seen the LOCH NESS Monster who knows but you have seen the LAKE OSWEGO Monster in the T'WOLVES Kevin LOVE. Simply a throwback in terms of how he plays and he has a TORCH from DEEP and I mean TORCH. When you can run a pick and roll with your 4 or 5 and he is that LETHAL from DEEP it more time than not the SHOW Guy will stay home with the 4 or 5 leaving the ball-handler to get free....trading the MONEY BALL for 2 points. LOVE rebounds like no other and his impact on the game from a rebounding standpoint is phenomenal.

5. Russell WESTBROOK aka UNCLE RUSS aka WHY NOT #0 aka L.A. LAW OK City THUNDER 24 ppg 5 boards 5 helpers 2 thefts 47% FG 83% FT 33% 3PT FG

L.A. LAW in the great MIDWEST......LOUD City's Point God Rus WESTBROOK has definitely had his best NBA Season and the Future for L.A. LAW looks bright. So explosive with the ORANGE in the half-court or the LAW in transition and the LAW almost always wins. There is a reason why the THUNDER are picked to win the WEST and get to their 1st NBA Finals ever. He is having career year in PPG and 3pt fg's made. Having the best year of any of the Top NBA Point Gods in the LOGO. The problem with closing out the THUNDER in the end of games is KD and L.A. LAW....Uncle RUSS.

Others don't get consideration from BLUEDUDE SPORTSTALK I will leave that to other writers who want to feel sympathetic towards their guy because  he isn't on the list. E-mail, tweet, text, or even call that player and tell him to play better and harder then he might get in this Top 5.
