The Green Bay Packers through reports have tabbed former Tennessee Titans Offensive Coordinator Matt LaFleur as their new lead man as he replaces Mike McCarthy. LaFleur before anyone flies of the handle in Packers Nation did work under Los Angeles Rams lead man Sean McVay last season in L.A. before taking the Titans O-Coordinator Slot as he also interviewed for the Titans head coaching slot in 2k18 before they chose Mike Vrabel in turn Vrabel offered the O-Coordinator Slot to LaFleur and he took that gig.

LaFleur made the most of his time working with Titans QB Marcus Mariota and that offense. Its all about tailoring your Offense around personnel not so much your scheme and LaFleur looking from the outside had his hands tied with the limited Mariota.

Now LaFleur gets QB Aaron Rodgers and LaFleur will be taking that Air McVay System and try an implement that to A-Rog and the Packers Offense lookout. The trend is Offensive Gurus and this hire falls right into that trend.

Note: LaFleur joins in the NFC North Matt Nagy (#DaBears), Mike Zimmer (SKOL), and Matt Patricia (One Pride) and that is one offensive mind to two defensive minds and who went 12 -4 in 2k18 and had the youngest QB in that division?
