Its been an interesting month or two for former Texas Tech Red Raiders lead man Kliff Kingsbury as he was slated to take the USC Trojans Offensive Coordinator position and was in the building. Well with a phone call here and another over there Kingsbury all of a sudden backed out of the Trojans Gig and now this.

Through reports Kliff Kingsbury (pictured right playing for #WreckEm) will be names Arizona Cardinals lead man and that is two months and change after he was told he will not be back for Texas Tech as their lead man. Shocking to say the least but for who Kingsbury himself, the Trojans Football Team and A.D. Lynn Swann who initially blocked Kingsbury from getting an interview from both the Cardinals and the Gotham City Jets.

Now Kingsbury will inherit one of the worst NFL Teams in 2k18 but he has a lot going for him. Thye have #1 overall pick in the upcoming 2019 NFL Draft, Rookie QB Josh Rosen will be in his second season, he might get future NFL HOF Receiver Larry Fitzgerald back for one more season, RB David Johnson still has plenty of tread left on his wheels and they have more than $70 million in Salary Cap Space. Would they move a pick or two to acquire Steelers disgruntled WR Antonio Brown...that would be a good look for Kingsbury, Rosen and #BeRedSeeRed?

As for Kingsbury's Philosophy he was coached by current Washington Cougars lead man Mike Leach and that dynamic offense that was R.P.O. and Run and Shoot Hybrid before its time. He will bring that offense to the desert but he needs a #1 WR and Steelers Brown would fit the bill.

Note: Wilson Pigskins for thought Kliff was a 6th Round NFL Draft Selection in 2003 for the New England Patriots coming out of Texas Tech but never played in his rookie season and was cut after 2003.

Also Kliff coached current Kansas City Chiefs gunslinger QB Patrick Mahomes...
