After further review John Elway and company select Fangio to lead Denver for the next four years as he gets a four year deal with terms undisclosed.
Fangio has led that Bears "D" from 2015-2018 and before that he was Stanford's LB Coach under Jim Harbaugh and followed Harbaugh to the San Francisco 49ers as D-Coordinator from 2011-2014. Fangio had them nasty Linebackers Patrick Willis and Navorro Bowman manning that 49ers Bunch and that's where Fangio's name started to circumnavigate around the NFL.
