The Cleveland Browns wanted QB Baker Mayfield comfortable obviously and also wanted to make the right decision as the new Cleveland Browns look to make a run in 2k19. The Browns have stayed in-house and in their Kitchens and hired current Offensive Coordinator Freddie Kitchens as thei new lead man.

Through reports Cleveland gave no team access to Kitchens as a few unnamed teams tried to get him for an interview. Subsequently interim Lead Man and D-Coordinator Gregg Williams was relieved of his duties.

Looking ahead Kitchens was RBs Coach, Interim O-Coordinator and Associate Head Coach for Cleveland so they keep things close and running with no changes to that offense and will be looking for a D-Coordinator with a Defense that is loaded with young studs and first rounders in a few places.

Is this a good hire for Cleveland considering where they were at the start of 2k18 you bet. Will Expectations be higher than normal yes and deservedly so as they also expect to be the front runners in the AFC North.
