The Atlanta Braves were in a May Swoon there for a minute as they were more than happy to see the Chicago Cubs. The North Siders having a set of all issues themselves continued those Issues through the Three Game Set in Hotlanta.

Behind a solid outing from Braves Starer Aaron Harang going six innings allowing just two runs on six hits walking two and striking out nine the Braves roll the Cubs 5-2. Both Evan Gattis (Solo HR) and Jason Heyward (Two-Run HR) backed up Harang on the Run Support with SS Adrelton Simmons knocking in a run as well.

The Cubbies get swept in the Three-Game Set but had solid Starting Pitching through the series. Sunday's Starter Edwin Jackson went six allowing three runs on six hits walking two and striking out three. He did allow the Gattis Solo HR but for the most part gave the Cubbies a shot to win keeping it close.  Cubs OF Nathan Schierholtz two-bagger in the 4th knocked in the Cubs only two runs on the day.

The Braves move to 21-15 while the Cubbies drop to 12-24 and that was after losing three of four to the South Siders earlier this past week.
