The Indianapolis Colts used an early barrage of on "Ground" and "Air" and that perfect storm created what looked to be an easy 21-7 victory on the Houston Texans. All the talk was the QB's talking Colts Andrew Luck and Texans DeShaun Watson but in the end it was the defense and not the Texans "D" and that Colts Run Game led by South Florida Bulls RB Marlon Mack.

Mack set the tone as he ran for 148 yards on 24 carries and a score. That set up some play-action by Luck and "Blue Swagger" as the Indy QB threw for a solid 22 yards on 19 for 32 with 2 TDs and a INT. Those INTs will be magnified next round as the farther you go the more that Takeaway Battle becomes increasingly important.

Colts WR that "Clown" T.Y. Hilton (pictured right) hauled in 5 Wilson pigskins for 85 yards as Dontrelle Inman played Clown #2 with four grabs for 53 yards and a score. The Texans finally caught up to speed in the second half by then it was too late as the game and Uncle Mo had shifted to Circle City Pro Football.

Watson threw for 235 yards and TD and an INT but 49 attempts is way too much. That tells me there is no balance and run game and also the Colts front can not worry about the run and set back like they did  running Cover 2 Zone Underneath giving you yardage but nothing over the top or a Splash Play!

Watson did run for 76 yards  as Texans WR KeKe Coutee caught 11 Wilson pigskins for 110 yards and a score. That All-Pro WR DeAndre Hopkins just grabbed 5 for 37 yards as the Colts took him right out of the game. Not making any excuses for D-Hop but he had to be injured or nursing something as he did not look 100%.

Colts now moves onto Arrowhead to face the Mahtomic Bomber and that Chiefs Offense called K.C. BBQ w/Mahomes...yes he is a real treat and the Colts are coming through the front door with no tricks in "Sicko Mode"!
