The night belonged to Tigers Starter Rick Porcello as he locked down the AL East leading Charm City O's through six. The "D" Bullpen did work after that as the Tigers cruised to a 4-1 win in Camden Yards.

The Tigers coming in as Division Leaders themselves fell behind 1-0 on a Steve Clevenger Double to make it 1-0 scoring JJ Hardy. That would be all they get Rick Porcello of Detroit Hardball went six giving up just a run on five hits. The Tigers score two in the top half of the 4th on a Miggy Single and an Austin Jackson Sac Fly to make it 2-1. O'a Starter Bud Norris went 7 2/3 innings giving up four runs on five hits, walking two, and striking out seven.   It was the Tigers Ian Kinsler who took Norris Deep in the 8th with a man on that chased Norris and the O's.

Porcello moves to 5-1 in 2014 as Norris fall to 2-2. More importantly the Motor City Kitties move to 21-12 under new Lead Man Brad Ausmus while the O's fall to 20-15...
