The Chicago Blackhawks are 2-0 and there is no panic in that Minnesota Wild Dressing Room as the Wild was down 0-2 in Round 1 vs the Colorado Avalanche and won the next 4 out of five games. This Blackhawks Team is on a tear as they have won six games in a row after losing their first two games to the St. Louis Blues in Round 1. Now the Plot thickens as they know if they can win game 3 with game 4 on Friday the Wild would be in a bad spot.
Brian Bickell (5 pts) and Marian Hossa (6 pts) leads the Hawks Attack as Captain Serious Jonathan Toews and Brent Seabrook leads the Hawks with 9 points and Patrick Kane 8 points in both series. The Wild must put a lid on Toews and Kane and be even more physical with the Hawks at the point of attack. Hossa has been a Monster playing both ways in the series and Bickell only shines when the "Lights are the Brightest" and that is in the Playoffs. They must also put more Frozen Ones on Hawks Net Minder Corey Crawford who is 2nd in the Playoffs with a 1.87 GAA.
The Wild Zach Parise by the "Law of Averages" is due as he is #2 in the Playoffs with 11 points but has a Donut in this series. In Game #2 they missed a ton of chances by just missing the net in general. the Wild's Net Minder Darcy Kuemper 2.03 GAA and that is 3rd in the Playoffs as the Indian Head has gotten to him. LW Dany Heatley (6 pts) and C Mikko Koivu (6 pts) along with RW Jason Pominville (6 pts) have to let it fly along with Parise in order for thew Wild to have a chance in game #3. The Wild know this if they go down 3-0 it would be tough sledding tying to win four straight versus the Indian Head.
