The San Antonio Spurs end their 1st half of Work with a close one on the Road at the Q in C-Town Ohio. Behind another stellar performance from Spurs Point God TP9 (24 pts 7 helpers) and a Game-Winner from Spurs SF Kawhi Leonard (13 pts 10 rebs) the Spurs beat the Cavs 96-95.

The Cavs All-STar Guard "Kyrie for Mayor" Irving had one of his worst outings of the 2012-13 Season and unfortunately he picked it going up against TP9 as Kyrie delivered 6 points and 7 helpers on 2 of 15 shooting. Personally I think it was the All-Star Weekend Jitters as the Cavs were led by Rookie Big Guard Dion Waiters 20 points and 6 boards.

The Cavs thought they had the Game in the Bag as Waiters hit a Potential Game-Winner only to be outdone by Leonard's Game-Winning Money Ball with 2.9 Seconds left in the Game. The Spurs move to a 42-12 Record the Best in the logo while the Cavs drop to 16-37.

The Portland Trailblazers get hit with Crime Scene Yellow Tape as they stung again and again by Hive Drive of NOLA. The final score was 99-63 and when Blazers 4th leading scorer, Wes Matthews Jr., went out with an apparent ankle sprain the Night belonged to the Killer Hornets. NOH gets a Game-High 21 points and 11 boards and #1 Overall from the 2012 NBA Draft from Rook PF Anthony Davis (pictured right). How bad was it for the Blazers? They didn't score over 20 points in any frame. Look at the Blazers Numbers frame by frame...14, 12, 18, and 19. That will get you a lot of W's on the Scholastic Level.

Not that the mikeCATS are waiting for the All-Star Break to get here as oppose to the 2012-13 season being over but they had Tickets to the IMAX at Conseco playing in NAPtown. The Movie they played in was called, "Gold Swagger Indy" and it was rated PG-24 for Pacers All-Star Forward Paul George. PG-24 will head to the All Star Game off of a Triple-Double...23 points, 12 boards, and 12 helpers as the Pacers beat Charlotte 101-77. The Pacesr will also head to All-Star Break with a 32-21 record which is best in the NBA Central a Game ahead of See Red of Chi City. mikeCATS Big Byron Mullens led the 'Cats with 19 points.
