The 2013 Top Hot Corners in the Show (in order)
1. MIGGY CABRERA Detroit Tigers #Tigers...Ok his Leather is good enough but winning a Triple Crown in 2K12 ( .330 avg 44 HRs 139 RBIs 109 runs) was some kind of feat and they act like that Rookie in Orange County California should have won the MVP on the Junior Circuit...Please. Miggy also helped carry the Motor City Baseball Club to the Fall Classic 2K12. He will hit and continue to hit with the "Prince of the Motor City" hitting behind him as you have to pick your poison. What will he do for an Encore has yet to be seen but his 2K12 Season is in Cooperstown.
2. ADRIAN BELTRE Texas Rangers #Rangers...I remember when there was a Time the Dodgers were starting to build around Beltre as he looked like the next Great Dodger. In 2012 he got Hot and stayed Hot as he carried the Rangers through that 2nd Half of the Season as the "Natural" former Ranger Josh Hamilton did his part in the 1st half. A .321 avg, 36 bombs, 102 ducks knocked in off the pond, 95 times he crossed the dish, and was a 2012 All-Star. Beltre will now be asked to do more as Hamilton isn't in the line Up in front or in back of him.

3. DAVID WRIGHT New York Mets #Amazins #NYM (pictured left)...He is already all over the Metropolitans Record Books and he is just over 30 years old. Mets Faithful hopes he can duplicate his 2012 Season ( .306 avg 21 bombs 93 ribbies 91 runs 15 thefts) as he might feel a little pressure trying to validate his contract. To be honest the Amazins have fell off and resigning their Face of the Franchise was a Must and they came through for the first time in a along time. Now if only Wright could get some help.
4. EVAN LONGORIA Tampa Bay Rays #Rays...they have decided to Pay Longoria and let everyone else walk as 2012 CY Young Winner and Rays Ace LHP David Price of Vandy is next on the Rays Duffel Bags List. Longoria was hurt off and on in 2012 and still put up cool numbers ( .289 avg 17 HRs 55 RBIs 39 runs) but when healthy is is a Top Flight Hot Corner in the show. I would argue if he was healthy in 2012 I would have Evan as my #2 Hot Corner ...real talk. The scary part is he doesn't turn 28 until early October...so eventually he will be Tops on the List say....in 2014 or 2015.
