PAY ME....Don't PLAY ME...and then throw a FRANCHISE TAG on ME....the 2012 TOP NFL FRANCHISE TAG Players

Teams have to do it and PLAYERS want the LONG-TERM Solution and get PAID in FULL Now not Later. Having said all that the the LIST of FRANCHISED TAGGED NFL Players never seems to surprise the BLUEDUDE and it shouldn't surprise you.

Then you ask...WHAT IS A FRANCHISE TAG?.....from NFL Terms..a designation given to a player by his team so that that specific player doesn't leave for FREE AGENCY. And in the NFL's Collective Bargaining Agreement that PLAYER must be paid the AVERAGE SALARY of the TOP 5 Players at his POSITION.

Some PLAYERS deserve FRANCHISE Tags because the ORGANIZATION they currently play for is NOT all in 100% in thinking they are the RIGHT PIECE to the PUZZLE. Then there are PLAYERS you FRANCHISE solely because that Team's Salary Cap so they designate that TAG because they WANT to get a deal done but FINANCIALLY at this current date MONEY is tied up.

Now the 2012 TOP 10 or so NFL Players that have received FRANCHISE TAGS are in those Two Categories. The TOP PLAYERS designated for FRANCHISE TAGS are sponsored by....MY AGENT TOLD ME WE WERE GOING TO GET A DEAL DONE BUT WE HAVEN'T AND NOW IT LOOKS LIKE A FRANCHISE TAG.....HOGWASH:

1ST CATEGORY.....PLAYERS THAT WILL MOST LIKELY GET A LONG-TERM DEAL FROM the TEAM that FRANCHISED them:

1. Drew BREES QB WHO DAT? aka BOUNTY Boyz: They would have loved to get a DEAL DONE and now they have to pay BREES just North of $14 Million. The SAINTS will probably get a deal done but they have TWO High-Priced Guards that are in the MIX and maybe OG Carl NICKS might be that casualty because of BREES' TAG Cash.

2.Matt FORTE RB MONSTERS of the MIDWAY: He will make roughly just over $7.5 Million. The DEAL not getting DONE before the SEASON and then FORTE almost had a devastating KNEE INJURY that would have played right into the BEARS Hands which is sickening to think about. The BEARS Best WR and RB and he accounts for nearly 60% of their OFFENSE....PRIME TIME....PAY da MAN.

3. Ray RICE RB CRAB Cake Boyz: He will also make about what FORTE makes $7.5 Million. RICE and his AGENT were rumored to be thinking that RICE deserved AP ALL DAY Cash from the PURPLE PEOPLE Eaters and that would be $100 million when he is most likely to get HALF of that LONG-Term.

4. Dashon GOLDSON S GOLD RUSH: Had a great year after turning down a reported 5 Year $25 Million Contract to stay with the 49ers. Now he will make just over $6 Million and he has to roll the dice again on NEXT SEASON.

5. Fred DAVIS TE HAIL to D.C....and FIGHT for ALL D.C....'SKINS: He became a MONSTER last season with SEXY REXY and John BECK throwing him the PIGSKIN...who?...John DOE...WHO?...Same thing. DAVIS will make $5.4 plus MILLION and will have to WAIT on a LONG-TERM Deal as he hopes if RG3 or MANNING are on the ROSTER that will help in the Process.

2nd CATEGORY...PLAYERS that will most likely NOT be invited BACK due to TEAMS not finding a SOLUTION for them and they seem to be the ONLY Route right now:

1. DeSean JACKSON WR the LINC..PHILLY: Now D-JACK will be paid at least $9.5 Million and just thin k if he acted like a GOOD TEAMMATE last season the EAGLES might have PAID HIM. He went into CAMP with NO Long-Term CONTRACT in 2011 and now gets HIT with a TAG and maybe on his way out of PHILLY.

2. Calais CAMPBELL DL the RED ZONE in the VALLEY of the SUN: The CARDS hit him with a $10.6 plus MILLION TAG and that was a good move. But now they have MONEY tied up in FITZ and the Kevin KOLB Project you really think the CARDS will pay CAMPBELL also LONG-TERM after this season?

3. Brent GRIMES CB DIRTY BIRDS...BIRDcage..GEORGIA DOME in A T L: The BIRDS give him a $10.4 Million TAG but they have already wrote a subsequent BAD CHECK to Strong Side Corner Dunta ROBINSON. They will be in LEFT Field paying another CORNER that type of CASHOLA again. And if the do pay GRIMES that CASHOLA...they will be playing at the LINC...Southeast.

KICKER in the STATE of OHIO...REALLY....the KICKERS:

Mike NUGENT the JUNGLE on the OHIO: $2.6 Million Tag and you think PAUL BROWN will pay a KICKER more than that LONG-TERM.....and CHARLIE HUSTLE and the RED MACHINE are back at RIVERFRONT this season.

Phil DAWSON the DAWG Pound CUYHOGA County Ohio: $3.8 Million Tag and the BROWNS have NO CHOICE as DAWSON is their OFFENSE in the RED ZONE. But a LONG-TERM Deal.....KING JAMES will be back at the Q in 2012-13 Season.

I want LONG-TERM...My Agent tells me they hit him with the ADMINISTRATIVE Assistant Talk and a possible FRANCHISE Tag.....FOOLISHNESS..all the way around. SHOW ME the ....MONEY.
