MAKING NOISE....LUCAS III seeing RED...and those BLOODLINES hold true as he torches Mr. INCREDIBLE, FROzone, and the 305 BOYZ

MAKING NOISE and creating Havoc is what back up Bulls Point Guard John Lucas III did for the Bulls in a Key Victory over the Rival Miami Heat. The Bulls without their Star Point God and reigning NBA MVP Derrick Rose knew they had to come with it and did as they took no prisoners Wednesday Night.

With all what's going on with the NBA Trade Deadline, Rose being injured, and the Bulls trying to stave off the Heat from catching them in the East Lucas III rose to the occasion. But it was not too long ago he went from 2 Stints with the hometown Houston Rockets, all over the Italian League, and the China League to become what he is now....a valuable piece to a machine that runs on the next guy having to step up in the Call of Duty.

I have to give PAX, GAR, and Coach THIBS credit for believing in Lucas III and also for going to get him as the 3rd Back up Point Guard for the Bulls. With CJ Watson coming off of injury and him not having his feet under him it was Lucas III who stole the Show with 11 in the 1st half keying a 31 to 4 Bench advantage for the Bulls.

Lucas then late in the 2nd half took over for the Bulls making Offensive Play after Play and keying the Bulls to Victory. He even did his best D-Rose impersonation by playing with Queen James in a Iso going left and fading as he shot......Swish.....Hanes Cool Comforts...and the bottom of the net. Lucas III finished with 24 points on 9-12 shooting including 3-6 from Deep.

When the BLUEDUDE says Bloodlines remember the 1970's Fighting TURTLES Trio out of College Park MARYLAND and John Lucas, Tom McMillan, and Len Elmore. These two created real havoc and an assault on the ACC back in them days. Well that John Lucas is the father of John Lucas III and the old man had serious game back in his day. Burt stints back and forth in Drug Rehab sidelined the elder Lucas from becoming one of the greats. Seeing the younger Lucas tonight reminded me of the elder Lucas and just like LeBron James...just like DeWayne Wade (JAY n KANYE Voice) we all saw Red Tonight...and Lucas III saw Buckets.

Now with Lucas III leading the way the Bulls are the #1 Team in the East by 3 1/2 games and 2 Games up on the OK City Thunder for the NBA's Best Record.
