Kevin Durant couldn't have picked a better time as he goes O-Zone Layer on the 2nd best All-Around Scorer in the LOGO Carmelo Anthony and the New York Knickerbockers. The Knicks down 58-63 at the break got to within 61-60 early in the 3rd frame then OKC hits another gear and cruises to a 112-100 "W".

Durant's 41 was efficient as he hit four Money Balls, a 13-18 from the line, and 12 of 22 from the field. He messed around and almost went Triple-Double grabbing ten Oranges and waiting on nine OKC Tables at KD's Southern Cuisine. PG Reggie Jackson added 19 points and six assists while Serge Ibaka goes 16 points and nine boards. A + 9 from the Arc and + 7 in FT Attempts the Thunder just did what they do in Thunder Alley and the Knicks could never get control of that vaunted word "Pace".

The Knicks were led by S.T.A.T. and Raymond Felton's 16 points as the 'Bully" goes for 15 points on just 5 of 19 shooting while grabbing seven boards. Both Chandler and Shump 21 chipped in with 12 apiece as the Knicks just don't have enough pieces to play with an Upper Echelon Team like OKC. Which leads me to believe in 'Melo stays in NYC it would be for the Cash only and nothing else and that is just the reality of Knicks Tape's #1 Soap "Gotham Light".

OKC improves to an NBA Best 41-12 while the Knicks fall to 20-31 as the frigid Hudson River looms large....
