The Atlantic Division-leading Toronto Raptors used a balanced attack with five players in double-figures to beat the Denver Nuggets 100-90 as the Denver Metro-Area prepares for Super Bowl 48. The Dinosaurs used a 60-53 lead at the break and pushed it to 86-70 after three to cruise to the Winner's Circle with no Oxygen Tanks needed.

Raptors All-Star Shooting Guard DeMar DeRozan led the Dinosaurs with 19 points as his "Hammer" over Kenneth Faried was the "Blake Face". Terrence Ross added 18 while Jonas Valanciunas 13 and eight boards. East All-Star Snub and Dinosaurs PG Kyle Lowry chipped in with 13 points and six rebounds. The Raptors didn't shoot the Orange particularly well but forced 25 Denver Turnovers.

The Absence of Bugs PG Ty Lawson (Shoulder Injury) and "Nate the Great" Robinson (Torn Left ACL) had a direct effect on the Nugs Guard Play and they may need to go get them a PG. Consistent JJ Hickson led the Nugs with 18 points and thirteen boards as French Shooting Guard Evan Fournier also added 18. The Nugs didn't give themselves a chance wit that may Turnovers.

The Dinosaurs at 25-21 lead the Nets by four games and the Knicks by six games as we go to press. The Nugs back struggling at 22-23 and 3.5 games off the Mavs for that #8 seed in the West.
