Yes the Knicks get a bittersweet comeback for the games on the Cavs as they hit seven Money Balls in the final frame to up end the Cavs 102-97. S.T.A.T. of Nike Basketball leads the Knicks with 22 points and "Get Shots" J.R. aka Shoe Game J.R. added 18 points as the Knicks for about an hour looked to get hit again by a Family Pack. The "5th Avenue MSG Sniper" Steve Novak (pictured right) hit three of the seven Money Balls on his way to 15 points. And it was the Knicks Bench that put Starters Points up that bailed the Knicks out tonight.The Knicks Bench outscored the Cavs Bench 70-21. Cavs Starters in turn outscored the Knicks Starters 66-32 as we had complete role reversals in this one. If I were the Knicks Bench of S.T.A.T., Novak, J-Kidd, and "Get Shots" J.R. I would tell the Starters to meet us at Peter Luger's Steakhouse (A Charter Member of the "Zagat Hall of Fame" and only the Bluedude would tell you that unless you ask as big time Food Critic) on 78 and Broadway and bring the Black Card....it's time to run a Tab on your Time since y'all don;t want to stop anyone on the hardwood.
Now the Knicks also won the Money Ball Points by a +18 margin but had to use it to get back into the contest. Cavs All_Star PG "Kyrie for Mayor" Irving has 22 points and 6 helpers. Cavs Big Mo Speights led the Cavs with 23 points and 8 boards. With the win the Knicks stay on pace with Operation Gold Swagger Indy as NYK is 1/2 game back of the Pacers and siting in the 3rd hole in the NBA East.
