The WORM Dennis RODMAN, Chris MULLIN, and Coach Tex WINTER among Finalists for the NAismith BASKETBALL Hall Of Fame. These gentleman will be joined by Tara VANDEVEER of Stanford, Artis GILMORE, Maurice CHEEKS, Ralph SAMPSON, Jamal WILKES, Tersea EDWARDS, Dick MOTTA, Herb AGEE, Hank Nichols, and Al ATTLES...........a really good list and mix of Players, Coaches, and Innovators of the GAME.

The FINALISTS must receive 18 votes from a panel of 24 members and were introduced APRIL 3 at the Final Four in Houston TEXAS.

They met earlier this season with the UCONN Lady HUSKIES handling the Lady IRISH of Notre Dame easily.......FAST FORWARD to the WOMEN'S Final Four in Indianapolis INDIANA last night and the LADY IRISH shock the College Basketball World with a convincing 72-63 win over UCONN and their star MAYA MOORE.

It was the play of ND Star Skylar DIGGINS who was the difference tonight as the IRISH led from jump street and never looked back. Diggins played a flawless game controlling the action on both ends which is exactly with UCONN'S 4-Time All-American Maya MOORE usually does.

Diggins, only a sophomore, has 28 points on 10-14 shooting, 6 assists, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals. She contuinually got into the paint and for the majority of the game the IRISH controlled the HUSKIES and Coach Geno AURIEMMA had no answer for once.

In the loss HUSKIES Senior MAYA MOORE ends her bid to win 4 straight NCAA Championships.........and she is in the BLUEDUDE'S mind right there with the Candace Parker's, Cheryl MILLER's, Nancy Libermann, Diana TUARASI, and just a few others as one of the best women's collegiate players ever.

BUCK SHOWALTER and the O's were 37-20 from the time he took over the team last year on August 4, 2010 to the end of the MLB Season. That was the best record in baseball in that time frame and people forgot until now.

The O'S went into TAMPA and swept the RAYS 3-0 and now everyone is paying attention to who the ORIOLES are and look no further than than MANAGER Buck SHOWALTER.

For the 1st time in a long time the ORIOLES have a manager that put accountablity and character 1st....along with competing for 162 games....and if you don't.....you will sit....because the DEPTH is there.

The ORIOLES have nice young arms to go with young position STARS like OF ADAM JONES....who has been an ALL_STAR already. They say the AL EAST goes through the RED SOX, RAYS, and YANKS......and I know it's early just 3 games into 162....but the ORIOLES if they go....won't go quietly.
