It was the Hawks Richard Panik that got things going for the Indian Head early in the 1st making it 1-0 Chicago. Lars Eller then scored for the "Habs" tying the game at 1-1 as we went into the 2nd all knotted up.
That's when Captain Serious one Jonathan Toews "Lit the Lamp" x 2 all in the 2nd frame as Chicago took a 3-1 lead into the 3rd. The "Flying Frenchmen" made things real interesting in the middle of the 3rd as they get a Power Play Goal (PPG) from Max Pacioretty making it 3-2 Hawks.
Then the "Bison City Blur" #88 Patrick Kane notched goal #29 with Boss Hoss dba Marian Hossa adding an Empty Net Piece and the Hawks went to to win 5-2. Corey Crawford stopped 27 of 29 SOG as the "Flying Frenchmen" miss Carey Price in the blue-paint! His caddy Ben Scrivens stopped 28 of 32 SOG on the night.
Kane takes his Points Total to an Ice Games Leading 69 pts as the Hawks also hit 66 points as a team...
