The New Orleans Pelicans finally get someone to put their John Hancock on New Orleans Arena just in time for the NBA All-Star Game 2k14. Reportedly through numerous Media Outlets the Pelicans have reached an agreement with New Orleans-Based Smoothie Company called "Smoothie King" for the next 10 years for naming right to the Arena called "Smoothie King Center" with an option for another 120 months. With some 674 locations in 31 states this is s good look for both the Pelicans and the Smoothie King for Business Operations.

With Nike unveiling it's 2k14 All Star Game Shoes for the Big Three (King James, Kobe, KD) called the NOLA Gumbo League Collection their rival company or whatever you want to call them "Three Stripes" Adidas unleashes the Crazyquick 2 (pictured right) and the Crazy 8 for all their Adidas Players. Yes they are in crazy colors as expected as you will see Players like Damian Lillard, John Wall, Harrison Barnes, Ben McLemore, and of course "Dwight of Three Stripes" himself Red Nation's Dwight Howard.

The Cleveland Cavaliers have their "Scapegoat" for the 2013-14 Issues and its the Man in the Corner Office in GM Chris Grant. Through numerous media outlets and effective immediately as he was terminated early Thursday Morning after losing to a Lakers Bunch that is some 15 games under the .500 mark. Grant looked at least on paper as the Early Favorite for "GM of the Year" in the summer of 2k13 as he picked up Jarrett Jack, Earl Clark, and drafted UNLV's Anthony Bennett #1 Overall. Then throw in the Andrew Bynum Pick-Up on paper the Cavs look to make a move in the East. All that has backfired and Bynum is gone, Bennett looks like former Hawks Lottery Marvin Williams, and Cavs Lead Man Mike Brown you nervous...you should be!
