They say the average Career in Sunday Tackle Football is three to four years and for former Maryland Terp and San Diego Charger OLB/DE Shawne Merriman is started out as he might be Next in Line to get a Gold Jacket for Canton.

Many News Outlets are reporting that the Former All-Pro and sometimes troubled Merriman will call it quits as a promising Career quickly turned south amid reported PED use and failed Tests. Merriman started out his career wreaking havoc on opposing Offensive Tackles and Sunday Signal-Callers and once he got popped for the alleged "Juice" all thing s started to derail for "Lights Out".

The Former 2005 NFL Draft #12 Pick by the Bolts and 2005 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year  was All-Pro and Pro Bowl in his first Three Seasons. A startling Stat for "Lights Out" was during his 3-year run to Pro Bowl and All-Pro he had 39.5 Red Jersey Collections. From 2008 until now he only had 6 Red Jersey Collections...do the math. He played for the Bolts from 2005-10 and the Buffalo Bills from 2010-12. He did absolutely nothing from 2009-2012 and hardly anything for the Bills.

A pretty charismatic young fella you would think he would resurface possibly on T.V. or at least on Sports Radio as he announced his retirement yesterday from Sunday Grown man Tackle Football. His Rival when he first came into the League was Aqua Boyz 305 Royalty DE Jason Taylor (who is all that and soon to get a Gold Jacket from Canton with 139.5 Career Red Jersey Collections) who went out of his way to call out "Lights Out" when he received his 1st suspension on PED's. Ironically enough Merriman was never the same Red Jersey Collector after his 1st suspension.

Bolts Nation that #56 Jersey to the Bluedude is still Hot...and wear it as he is a Bolts Player for Life
