The American League Central was won in the last week by the Detroit Tigers as the edged the Chi City Sox. Now after getting to the Fall Classic and not closing the Deal they are still the Team to beat in the AL Central. The South Siders and Twins take big step back while the Tribe and Royals aka I-70 Blue make moves in the Off Season as they find New Cash to get Two Men and a Truck to move out the Central Basement.

The AL CENTRAL 2K13 Projections (in order)

x-Division Winner y-AL Wild Card

1. x-DETROIT TIGERS #Tigers...There is now way they will not be the AL Central Winner unless a Meteor wipes out the Motor City and Comerica Park. They have Two Front Line Starters in Verlander and Scherzer and they also have Skip Jimmy Leyland to back all that up. Then you go to the Heart of that Line Up and there is the reigning AL Triple Crown Winner Miggy Cabrera (pictured left) and the Prince of the D.  The only question Mark they have is their Bullpen and whose the Closer. That could be the Meteor I'm talking about.

2. KANSAS CITY ROYALS #I70Blue...Yes I didn't make a mistake by putting the Upstart Royals here as they are all of a sudden loaded from 60 ft 6 inches. Look at these Familiar Names from the Bump...James Shields (pictured right), Ervin Santana. Jeremy Guthrie, and Wade Davis. That New Explosive Royals Offense will be led by 2012 All-Star DH Billy Butler. And Mama...there is more than just Good KC BBQ at Royals Stadium now.

3. CHICAGO WHITE SOX #PaleHose #ChiSox #SouthSiders...It was a toss up between the Tribe and Six and I gave it to the Sox as what is there to do in Cleveland Ohio. 2nd Year LHP Chris Sale will be in his Sophomore Season and we will see what he does for an encore. Jake Peavy has yet to stay off the disabled List and there is noting in 2013 that is telling me he won't be back on that list. What do the Pale Hose have in that Line Up outside of Paulie Konerko, Alex Rios, and Big Adam Dunn?...I am listening.....

4. CLEVELAND INDIANS #Tribe....They have added RF Nick Swisher   (pictured left) and CF Michael Bourn and those are upgrades the Indians needed. They have a Top Flight Youthful Ace leading the Staff Carlos Santana. After that they all look about as hittable as Kim K. If Drew Stubbs and Marl Reynolds joining Swish and Bourn can the Indians make some noise in the Central let alone on the Junior Circuit?

5. MINNESOTA TWINS #Twinkies...What ever happened to M&M Peanut...Mauer and Morneau. Well it seems as though Morneau has been replaced by Josh Willingham who had a Monster Year but that was his 1st big season so hold your breathe. The Twins usually have above average Arms and in 2K13 they have hardly any. This is easily the worst team Twins Skip Ron Gardenhire has fielded. It seems like Yesterday when the Twins had all that Talent and arguably the best OF in the Show with Lawton, Jacque Jones, and a Young Torii Hunter in Center.....Wow!

Tigers will be the only Representative from the AL Central in Winning Time in 2K13....
