The last tine these Two met it was a Rumble and should have played in at Holcombe Rucker Park. Now the Plot thickens as the Nets are trying to put one in the Win Column and currently on a 4 Game Stack going South. The Knicks are coming off a Loss to the Bulls but a Win vs the Nuggets on Sunday as the Bully of MSG...'Melo Anthony is back.

The Manhattan KNICKS @ the Barclays vs Brooklyn NETS Round #2

PLAYBOOK

The Biggest Story Line in this one is can Nets Center Brooks Lopez go? If he can't go it would be a Mix of Blatche, K-Humps and Evans to man the middle vs the MSG Landlord...Tyson Chandler. The Knicks would have and Advantage although not a huge one if that Scenario presents itself.

Can the Nets stop 'Melo Anthony as he is destined to average well into the 30s in the Barclays the way  he played in Game 1 when he had 35 Points. Both Gerald Wallace and Keith Bogans played him well and it was a Hard 35. Since the last time they played Knicks PG Ray Felton has emerged as the #2 Scoring Option for the Knicks and has played well all season. Can the Nets slow down not just 'Melo but keep the Knicks Cast as a Sum of their Parts under Wraps. With the Nets on a 4-Game Losing Streak this might be what the Logo Doctors ordered to get them "Off the Snide".

In the Losing Streak the Nets Key Cogs minus D-Will 8 have been inconsistent. When you look at the Nets there are Three Player when it gets to Winning Time that can carry Scoring Loads...D-Will 8, JJ, and Brooks Lopez. Wallace is a High-End Glue Guy...Super Glue not Elmer's and K-Humps along with Reggie Evans are "Hustle Men" in the Logo. These Players do all the Dirty Work and then you read the Newspaper or a Blog they are never mentioned except in Bluedude Sportstalk. They need Collective Effort from All Hands on Deck vs Knicks Tonight.

Key Stats

Knicks 6th in Logo in Scoring 102.75 ppg Nets 19th at 96.11 ppg

Nets 5th in Opponents Scoring at 93.74 Knicks are at 9th 95.20 ppg

Knicks +7.55 ppg Differential Nets +2.33 ppg Differential

Key In-Game Strategies

The Land of Plenty...Who will make the most Money Balls

Who will win the Points in the Paint Battle?

Bully of MSG...can the Nets contain him?

Will Nets Center Brooks Lopez play?

Will Ray Felton out play the COO of the Barclays @DeronWilliams?

Can the Nets Bench out play the Knicks Bench with the Knicks being led by Future Springfield Mass Inductee J-Kidd?

The Nets need a W in the Worse way and they must reach back and find something extra to get this one or 5 Losses in a Row with the NY Media not New Jersey Media.
