With both Kevin Colbert and Mike Tomlin in the "Presser" after the Pittsburgh Steelers moved up to grab Michigan Wolverines ILB Devin Bush in Round 1 at pick #10. You get a sense that the Black and Yellow along with Art Rooney II had conversations about "Bloodline" Bush at moving up in round 1 if Bush gets to around pick #10.

That scenario presented itself and the Steelers with an extra 3rd pick (Steelers gave Broncos their #2 in this draft) in the 2k19 NFL Draft wasted no time and nabbing Bush Jr. as the Steelers and a few more had Bush as not only a Top 5 player in the entire draft but maybe the best Defensive Player from an Football IQ and what was on the tape as Devin checked more than enough boxes for the Steelers to grab him as their #1.

Pittsburgh also solidified slots a Wide Out, Corner, Running Back and Tight End as players that will not replaced but are no longer with the Black and Yellow WR Antonio Brown, RB Le'Veon Bell, TE Jesse James among others as Pittsburgh moves on in what Coach Mike Tomlin has called a "Cleansing" for the new Steelers moving into the 2k19 season.

Well there were plenty of surprises on Day 1 of the 2k19 NFL Draft and Day 2 appears to be loaded with at least 10 players or so with first round grades. Yes the N.Y. Football Giants reached at #6 with Duke QB Daniel Jones or did they? What about Chucky and M and M (Mike Mayock) taking Clemson Man-Eater Clelin Ferrell at #4 as both of those players I had going mid to late first round and would have been there for the taking.

Day two should be filled with Secondary Help as its all over and i expect at least 8-10 players from the Secondary to get nabbed in Round two. Watch 3-4 wide outs going as both Ole Miss WO's DK Metcalf and AJ Brown will be Round two picks.

Now the plot thickens as there are plenty of Day 2 Play makers on the Big Board as we go the Top 20 to hear their names called in Music City in hopefully round two as round three is also going on Friday April 26th, 2k19.

I have seen enough from this young man to say he will be dominant in that mode of Luke Keuchly and Ryan Shazier an absolute monster in an around the A-Gap and boundary to boundary. Like Williams, Bosa and Rashan Gary another top flight High School Recruit as many thought he would land at LSU but he chose the Houston Cougars and did not disappoint. A little smaller than Q-Will on his physical stature but turning on the tape his "Motor" is unreal. I see him as former Dallas Cowboys first rounder from the 90s and Miami Hurricane Russell Maryland. 

6. Rush End Montez Sweat MISSISSIPPI ST.

The big question is Sweat better than Allen or do teams like him better than Allen as he slightly longer than Allen. Sweat reminds me of former LSU First Rounder Ki Ki Mingo from a physical standpoint and long arms are key keeping you from the offensive tackles.

Some have him 50/50 as he could be greta or he could be "El Busto". He is the most defensive lineman in the 2k19 NFL Draft but that means absolutely zero if none of that does not translate to the field. I see a little bit of former #1 overall pick Jadaevon Clowney in Gary that explosive at time! 

8. QB Kyler Murray OKLAHOMA

You already know what he is dynamic and a play maker as we all get caught up in his height. He is a football player and the closest thing to maybe Bo Jackson and Deion Sanders as he might be better than both in MLB. 9. LB Devin Bush MICHIGAN

He rans that 4.4 at the NFL Combine and that moved Bush from mid to late first round to just outside the Top 10 and some may argue comparing he and LSU's White is Tomato/Tamato...Lol! Bush has suitors and the way teams spread you out a man in the middle with his capabilities is huge for a "D"! Reminds me of former FSU Noles Great and NFL HOF Derrick Brooks and that high praise! 

10. DT Christian Wilkins CLEMSON

Versatility and Smarts as Wilkins lead at least three Clemson D-Linemen into the Top 35 Picks overall. Dominant at the point attack reminds me of former Ohio State Buckeye and current Steelers DT/DE Cam Heyward just not as tall.  He will be a superb NFL Player who ever takes the Clemson All-American! 

11. CB Byron Murphy WASHINGTON

I know this an NFL Team needs to hire one Jimmy Lake the current Washington Huskies DB/Secondary Coach (hence Budda Baker/Sidney Jones). He has another one in Murphy with Safety Taylor Rapp following "Murph". Byron is a zone-cover CB with excellent feel and ball-hawking ability. I have him going to the Pittsburgh Steelers at #20 as he reminds me current Chargers and Vandy Standout  CB Casey Hayward. 

12. CB Greedy Williams LSU

Another one in the long line of DB's from Death Valley in Baton Rouge "Greedy" is a bump an run DB. A negative is he is not as physical and not the best tackler. At 6-2 he is the ideal height to combat all those tall Wide outs in the NFL. Reminds me former Tennessee State All-American Dominque Rodgers-Cromartie. 

13. TE T.J. Hockenson IOWA

Maybe T.J. needs to thank fellow Iowa TE and now Pro Bowl 49ers TE George Kittle as "Hock" might not have Kittle speed but has all those other attributes Kittle carries and he is a blocker fist and that is old skool TE play right there. An important piece to any offense as T.J. is too fast for most Backers and too big for Safeties and Corners. 

14. OL Jonah Williams ALABAMA

The most versatile O-Lineman in the 2k19 NFL Draft as I think he will be Left Tackle from day 1 but some are thinking he gets kicked inside as a guard. Nonetheless he is day 1/Plug and Play dude and reminds me of former  Texas A&M Aggies All-American and "Bloodline" and current Falcons Tackle Jake Matthews. 

15. OL Jawaan Taylor FLORIDA

Taylor and Williams were talked about all season long as two of the best Tackles in college football and is he a LT or RT. He lacks the athleticism of Williams and i would say a RT and reminds me of former Gator and Steelers OT Max Starks.

A pint-sized WR like "Cuzzo" and current Oakland Raider and Social Media Guru Antonio Brown as "Hollywood" as sheer speed to take the top off the defense. I think if he goes late first round the New England Patriots grab him but he should be gone before then. He reminds me of current Colts and former Florida International Star T.Y. Hilton...as both are from the "305" and that's Miami Fast as its in the water or "Muck" down there! 

17. DT Jeffery Simmons MISSISSIPPI STATE

Unfortunately for Simmons he tore his ACL up in pre-draft workouts but is a monster ate the point of attack. He will lose money in the draft but for a team that can afford to get him in round #2 and stash him on PUP List lookout. Reminds me of former #HailState Star and #FlyEaglesFly Fletcher "I ate all the Cheese Steaks" Cox! 

18. QB Dwayne Haskins OHIO STATE

An absolute monster in the pocket throwing the Pigskin when he is clean like some. He struggles on the move right or left but his accuracy is on point. He is 6-3 and thick and has a chance to be really good. I compare him to former Marshall Thundering Herd and Jacksonville Jaguars QB Byron Leftwich who is currently the Offensive Coordinator down in Tampa for the Air Arians and the Buccaneers.  

19. C Garret Bradbury NORTH CAROLINA STATE

Yes a Center is the captain of that O-Line and the good ones man the same trenches barring injuries for at least a decade. Bradbury is of that caliber and reminds me of former Cal All-American Alex Mack. Looking back a few years he will be a perennial All-Pro that good!

He was under the tutelage of one David Cutcliffe the lad man at Duke that had both Manning Boys in Peyton and Eli. Folks are enamored with that as that should carry some weight but not as much as the tape. Where will Jones go I think he has a chance to go to the G-Men dba NY Football Giants. He reminds me former Boston College All-American QB and current Falcons franchise QB Matty Ice Ryan!

I had a feeling all along that New York City's Finest Point God since back in 1989 Kenny Anderson from Archbishop Malloy H.S. in Jamaica/Queens N.Y. Cole Anthony was headed to Chapel Hill, N.C. to play for lead man Roy Williams and then Tar Heels.

The lineage out of Archbishop is off the charts players like the aforementioned Anderson, Milwaukee Bucks Great Brian Winters, Kenny the Jet Smith yes from NBA on TNT, Robert Werdann Class 1988 as they were all Big Mac's (McDonald's All-Americans) except Winters and coached by the late great Jack Curran.

Many say not since Brooklyn, N.Y. Lincoln H.S. Legend Stephon Marbury has there been a more highly-touted lead guard coming out of the Big Apple than Anthony. I took a step backwards and say Kenny Anderson from that Class of 1989 that featured San Antonio, TX Cole HS Shaquille O'Neal, Toledo, Ohio Macomber Whitney's Jimmy Jackson, Louisville, KY Ballard H.S. Allan Houston, Miami, Florida Senior H.S. Douglas Edwards and Jersey City, NJ St. Anthony Bobby Hurley among others as real Basketball Heads should be familiar with all these names.
